Matt Compton is the director of advocacy and engagement for Blue State. He previously worked as the deputy digital director at Hillary for America, led the digital department at the Democratic National Committee, and served in the Office of Digital Strategy in the Obama White House.
Kevin Kane is Public Policy Manager at Twitter based in Washington, D.C., where he supports the global election integrity team. Prior to joining Twitter, Mr. Kane worked for Orbital ATK (now part of Northrop Grumman) and in the U.S. Senate for Senators Hutchison, Burr, and Shelby. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served as an Infantryman in the 82nd Airborne Division. His military awards include the Combat Infantryman’s Badge, Ranger Tab, and Parachutist Badge. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Citadel.
Jessica Porter currently serves as the Deputy Email Director at the Democratic National Committee, where she drives grassroots fundraising efforts over email and runs the SMS fundraising program. Previously, she worked at Blue State Digital fundraising online for nonprofit clients like Heifer International and Special Olympics.
In 2016, as the Director of Research, Analytics and Digital Strategy for the Cruz for President campaign, Chris is widely credited for playing a key role in Cruz’s triumph in Iowa and helping the Texas Senator finish with the most delegates earned by a 2ndplace finisher since Ronald Reagan in 1976.Prior to starting WPA Intelligence in 2004, Chris was Global Director of Research for Weber Shandwick International, the world’s largest public relations firm at the time.Recently, Chris was named Technology Leader of the Year by Campaigns & Elections at the 2019 CampaignTech Awards.

Katie Harbath is the Public Policy Director for Global Elections at Facebook. Prior to Facebook, Katie was the Chief Digital Strategist at the National Republican Senatorial Committee. She previously led digital strategy in positions at DCI Group, the Rudy Giuliani for President campaign and the Republican National Committee. Katie holds a BA in journalism and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Samantha is Senior Director of National Sales at E.W. Scripps. She has over 10 years of digital and political experience.Previouslyshe served as Chief Digital Officer for the Republican National Committee and Digital Director for the 2016 Republican National Convention. She also worked on Romney for President in 2012 andfor Targeted Victory.
Bryan Whitaker serves as the Chief Innovation Officer of data and analytics company TargetSmart, overseeing the company's efforts to help make Democratic and Progressive organizations become more efficient and effective with data-driven strategies. Prior to that, Bryan was Chief Operating Officer of NGP VAN, and, in the 2012 cycle, he was head of technology for the Democratic National Committee and worked closely with Obama for America, State Democratic Parties, and other Democratic committees on their national technology and data infrastructure.He previously served as founding Director of Field Information Services at the Service Employees International Union in Washington, DC working with union affiliates and national progressive partners on technology,data, micro-targeting and analytics. Bryan is a native of Dayton, Ohio and a graduate of the University of Dayton. He currently resides in St. Paul, Minnesota.
